After spending a year building on Solana, I’ve noticed my initial excitement slowly shift toward frustration. While the technology itself is powerful and promising, the lack of real oversight and structured developer support has become the biggest challenge. Many developers have known this for a long time — the ecosystem moves fast, but without stronger guidance, consistency, and accountability, it risks alienating the very builders it depends on.
