A client recently shared his frustration: getting accurate numbers across multiple business channels was nearly impossible. He either had to accept whatever data was presented or spend hours digging just to piece things together.

The good news was that all his channels—QuickBooks, Amazon, Shopify, RingCentral, and more—were online platforms with APIs available.

We worked together to aggregate the right data into a single database, pulling directly from these APIs. From there, it became straightforward to build real-time dashboards that gave him the visibility he had been missing.

Now, instead of guessing or waiting, he can see the full picture of his business instantly.

While he was satisfied with this new level of visibility, I couldn’t help but think about the next step—using AI to generate predictive insights. With the right models, the same data foundation could forecast sales trends, highlight risks, and even recommend actions. That’s an opportunity I’m excited to explore with forward-thinking clients.
