How I bill.

one rate
The same hourly rate for every kind of work: development, integrations, advisory, hosting changes.
hour banks
Prepay 10, 25 or 50 hours to save about 6 %, 10 % or 15 %. Valid 12 months.
bigger projects
Over 40 hours: a fixed scope, billed 30 % at kickoff, 40 % at the first deliverable, 30 % at handover.
currency
Canadian dollars, taxes extra where applicable.

Is the first look really free?

Yes. It is a 30-minute call, and you leave knowing where your business loses the most time and money.

What is not included in hosting?

New features and development work. They are billed separately, at the hourly rate or from an hour bank.

I am not technical. Is that OK?

Yes. You describe the problem in plain words; the technical side is my job.

Do you require a deposit?

Only for fixed-scope projects over 40 hours: 30 % at kickoff. Hour banks are prepaid.

How fast do you reply?
